We offer a comprehensive travel health service on all matters relating to healthy travel abroad not only on required vaccinations but also safe air travel, avoidance of insect-borne diseases, along with food and water safety.
Prior to your initial vaccine consultation please complete the travel risk assessment form and return to the surgery. Our nurse will then make contact to review the form and plan your schedule of required vaccines along with any fees.
